Fun at Ripley's Believe it or Not!!!

We went to Ripley's Believe it or Not on Sunday, March 15th for a fun day of relaxing and enjoying our family! Lonnie took Bean, Pickle and Berry to the Undersea Gardens and I took Peanut and Noodle to Ripley's. (We had a late start due to road closures) We had a wonderful time!

I love my funny Ryker!!!
I decided to take my favorite boy to the $1.50 theater to see Twilight on a Mommie-son date. You know the part where Edward is finally introducing himself to Bella in bio-class? Well in this scene, the teacher is asking his students to identify the stages of an onion cell. As a reward for correctly naming the "metaphase" stage, he offers a golden onion as a prize. It was at this point that my little Ryker turns to me and asks, "Is the reason he can resist her blood because there is an onion in the room?" I busted up laughing until I realized that everyone was looking at me. I love my funny boy!!!

A few weeks ago, a friend that I haven't seen since high school, found me on Facebook. (Oh how I love FB!) Anyhoo, she sent me an invite to her parents horse ranch for a riding lesson. Pickle was excited and jumped at the chance to ride! In exchange for a lesson, she must work on the ranch for at least half an hour, and use $1.00 of her own money. What a deal! I loved how they didn't put up with any attitude from her! This is gonna be great!

We found a new way to get rid of stale cereal! They loved the Rice Krispies the best!

Took the kids to feed the ducks on Sunday and wouldn't you know it, the sea gulls had taken over!
